30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards.

Refunds:

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
